2. Payment Processing & Security
All payments are processed securely through PayFast, ensuring encryption and compliance with financial security standards. MegaCart Trading PTY Ltd does not store your card details. Your financial information is safeguarded through industry-standard security protocols.
3. Order Processing & Payment Authorization
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. If payment verification fails, the order will not be processed. Please ensure that your payment details are correctly entered and that your bank has approved the transaction.
4. Payment Verification
For security purposes, some transactions may require additional verification. This may include providing proof of identity, authorization from the cardholder, or confirmation of billing details. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment fails or is declined, please check with your bank or payment provider. Common reasons include insufficient funds, card restrictions, or incorrect payment details. If issues persist, consider using an alternative payment method.
6. Payment Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Where applicable, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used. Chargebacks due to unauthorized transactions may be disputed if the order was successfully processed and delivered as per our terms.
7. Payment Disputes
For any payment disputes, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and work toward a resolution. If necessary, additional information may be requested to verify the claim.
8. Currency & Pricing
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices displayed on our website include VAT. We only accept orders and payments within South Africa.
